Group Account Head - Saatchi & Saatchi
Gautam began his career as a Management Trainee at one of the most reputed advertising agencies in India. Here, he cut his teeth on the intricacies of marketing with one of the finest institutions in the world - Procter & Gamble. He won numerous awards for his performance and campaigns from P&G, along with making it to a Group Account Head in 4 years (A journey which usually takes 8-9 years). Apart from P&G, he worked on brands including Nivea, Indian Oil, the Indian launch of Hyundai and Tata Cellular.
President - AIESEC Pune
Gautam began his leadership journey at AIESEC - one of the foremost student associations in the world. He was elected President in 1993 and served to create a number of projects that catered to over 3,000 students across the country. Along with learning management and business skills at a very early age, he was offered an internship with Pizza Hut, Sydney - in an era where international internships were unheard of. Till today, Gautam is deeply connected with his network from AIESEC and his fellow members are leaders at top companies across the globe.
